PresentationEmQM13 – Weak values, Bohmian mechanics, and Many Worlds
Howard Wiseman, Centre for Quantum Dynamics, Griffith UniversityAbstract
I will give a formal introduction to weak values, and their properties. I will show how they can be applied to illuminate the foundations of Bohmian mechanics, as has been experimentally illustrated. I will then discuss how this illustration suggests a novel interpretation of Bohmian mechanics: the many interacting worlds interpretation. I will present preliminary analytical and numerical results.
